A group of "Fibros" providing support to our Albuquerque community for over 20 years.

(We’ve met in several locations, prior to our existing location at the Domingo Baca Center, members may remember us meeting at the Kaseman Hospital)

Our Mission

Our support group is a non-professional group who share a common health concern. We meet to share our own experiences, knowledge, ideas and feelings regarding Fibromyalgia with the group. We work together to discover solutions for our problems and to foster a positive attitude toward our condition. We strive to be knowledgeable and provide up-to-date information on our condition so as to live happier healthier lives.

We are not professionally qualified or legally permitted to offer medical, legal, or psychological help, however, we believe in discussing all methods of treatment and coping and may choose to share our personal stories with the group.

Rules For Attendance:

  • No fragrances or strong smelling chemicals

  • Be considerate and allow everyone a chance to talk (limit sharing)

  • We'd love to hear about your products or services; but please refrain from setting up shop

  • Rude or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated
