Ok guys I was a bit off my game this month. Sorry for the late minutes.

Thank you to everyone who made it out this month I really appreciate everyone's participation in our discussion! For those of you who weren't there we touched a bit on fear and avoidance behaviors as well as some of our histories and how Fibromyalgia manifested in us. I am not going to write an in depth review on this month because we kept it somewhat informal. Also I feel like crap so I am evoking my right to slack off! Take notes people: this is what pacing looks like. :)
